Great home, great host with exceptional communication. Nice area.

Roger was a great host! Very attentive, proactive, and communicative. The check in instructions were clear and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable with thoughtful and intentional touches. It was easily accessible to the red line on the T to get into the city, and had a great view of the water!

Outside of Keurig issue which host attempted to replace immediately, the house was well kept, convenient and spacious!

Conveniently located. Exceptionally clean with added touches of fully stocked coffee pods, as well as clean towels, shampoos etc in all bathrooms. Host was very fast to respond to messages before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this property. Can’t fault this property at all. The train can be heard but honestly didn’t impact our stay at all

I literally have no words. Roger made everything so easy for us . Communication was excellent. Our flights got canceled and Roger worked with us. The house is soooo spacious and soo beautiful 🥹🥹 I literally felt at home . I highly recommend this place 🔥🔥 Thank you so much Roger.

We looked at Braintree because one of our sons lives there. We were so close to his location, we could walk if need be! It was a GREAT house for our family gatherings because of the large family room/ large kitchen that was central to the house. The view of the lake and sunsets were special! The 4 Bedrooms were perfect and the two bathrooms were updated and comfortable. There were 7 of us that stayed at the Airbnb. My son’s family of 4, plus our younger son and wife stayed at my son’s house in Braintree, but we enjoyed dinners together at the Airbnb (total of 13). It worked out perfect for our family.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay at this property as I fell ill right before my trip but I have to say that Roger was a fantastic host nonetheless. He was quick to respond, very helpful, provided clear information and instructions for checking in, and I could tell he is the type of host who will make sure his guests are happy and comfortable with the property. I hope to stay at this lovely property in the near future.

This home is very nice and in a great neighborhood. really enjoyed the stay and very easy to communicate with the host. Totally enjoyed our long weekend in this home.
