Three partners who grew up together south of Boston combined their individual rental property experience to create a different kind of real estate management company.
Our History
The partners of HLM Group, LLC grew up together in a small suburb just south of Boston, Massachusetts. Individually each partner has owned and operated their own rental properties for at least a decade. Recognizing each other's strengths, they decided to combine efforts to form this company.
Throughout their interactions with many people from all different backgrounds, they recognized a very similar pattern for why these individuals haven't invested in a multi-family rental property - inexperience, risk of losing money, time away from their job and family, and especially repairs and maintenance. They had faced all these challenges before and could offer customized solutions for clients who want to invest in real estate but don’t want to be involved in every aspect of property management.
