Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay. Considerations - This home is in the lower unit of an Up & Down Duplex. From the front door, it's easily accessible with a couple steps. From the back door, where the electronic door lock is located, there is a full set of stairs by the parking spaces. The unit above is also a rental and other guests may be there during your stay. We do offer both units as a combination with discount, please ask about it! Home is on a main public road near an intersection. It is next to the Charles Furlong Park, with many families in the nearby homes. It’s not noisy but noticeable; guests whom are not familiar with a suburban town may notice this. 14 Miles / ~25min drive to TD Garden 20 Miles /~25min drive to Gillette Stadium 28 Miles /~40min drive to Xfinity Center Guests have access to the entire lower level unit and basement laundry area. You can message me anytime during your stay but I am primarily available between 7am-9pm. Located on a main street and intersection. Busy street, short walk to town center for restaurants and shops. * Due to liability reasons, we do not provide life vests, inflatable floats, paddle boards, boats, canoes, or kayaks of any kind. We stock the home with an assortment of eco-conscientious cleaning products, so there's no need for you to purchase any for your stay. We have laundry detergent, dishwasher, multi-surface, antibacterial, swifter wet mops, and many other products for your convenience. This newly renovated home on Sunset Lake has a peaceful view. Conveniently located near highways, between Boston and Cape Cod, easy drive to Gillette Stadium, TD Garden, Fenway and Xfinity Center, our home is surrounded by many local amenities. (Lower Level)
