Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay. Considerations - This home is in the upper unit of an Up & Down Duplex. From the front door, it's easily accessible with one flight of stairs. From the back door, where the electronic door lock is located, there is a three flights of stairs by the parking spaces. The unit below is also a rental and other guests may be there during your stay. We do offer both units as a combination with discount, please ask about it! Home is on a main public road near an intersection. It is next to the Charles Furlong Park, with many families in the nearby homes. It’s not noisy but noticeable; guests whom are not familiar with a suburban town may notice this. 14 Miles / ~25min drive to TD Garden 20 Miles /~25min drive to Gillette Stadium 28 Miles /~40min drive to Xfinity Center Guests have access to entire upper level unit and basement laundry area. You can message me anytime during your stay but I am primarily available between 7am-9pm. Located on a main street and intersection. Busy street, short walk to town center for restaurants and shops. * Due to liability reasons, we do not provide life vests, inflatable floats, paddle boards, boats, canoes, or kayaks of any kind. We stock the home with an assortment of eco-conscientious cleaning products, so there's no need for you to purchase any for your stay. We have laundry detergent, dishwasher, multi-surface, antibacterial, swifter wet mops, and many other products for your convenience. This newly renovated home on Sunset Lake has a peaceful view.
