Main Floor: 🫕 Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig Coffee Dispenser 🍽 Dining area: 6 person rectangular table, 4 person counter top 🛋 Living room: Large 8 person couch + Roku TV 📺 🛁 Half-Bathroom Enclosed Front Porch Second Floor: 🛏 Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + LED TV w/ Roku 🛏 Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed 🛏 Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds 🛁 Full Bathroom with Shower Third Floor: 🛏 Bedroom 4: 1 Daybed with pull out trundle 🛏 Bedroom 5: OPEN 🛁 Half-Bathroom Basement: 🛁 Full-Bathroom Washer and Dryer We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay. Considerations - This home is on a busy public street. This home is near the MBTA Train Station, you can hear some noise from train. The front door has many steps, however it's best to enter from the rear door, where the electronic door lock is located. Driveway is on an incline. Guest may use the entire home, except garage and storage area in Basement. You can message me anytime during your stay but I am primarily available between 7am-9pm. * House has two FULL bathrooms on the second floor and Basement We stock the home with an assortment of eco-conscientious cleaning products, so there's no need for you to purchase any for your stay. We have laundry detergent, dishwasher, multi-surface, antibacterial, swifter wet mops, and many other products for your convenience. We call this the Senator for its classic architecture, It welcomes you with generous living space! Updated kitchen and dining area made for gatherings. Snuggle up on the spacious couch for conversation or some movies and shows. Retreat into the cozy bedrooms to relax and recharge for your days ahead. We are conveniently within walking distance to the MBTA train station, easy access to Boston and many other interesting locations. Parking for 3 vehicles, Tesla Charger, and many cuisines nearby.

I literally have no words. Roger made everything so easy for us . Communication was excellent. Our flights got canceled and Roger worked with us. The house is soooo spacious and soo beautiful 🥹🥹 I literally felt at home . I highly recommend this place 🔥🔥 Thank you so much Roger.
This home is very nice and in a great neighborhood. really enjoyed the stay and very easy to communicate with the host. Totally enjoyed our long weekend in this home.
Our family had a wonderful stay here. We stayed for a week during renovations to our own home. We have two young girls who absolutely loved the house and thought they were in a “castle.” They slept in big girl beds for the first time at the house with no issues. It was such a nice memory for our family. The house is clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. Roger was very proactive communicating with us and responds quickly.
