Considerations: HVAC - This is a very large 8000 sqft home, built with concrete walls, think of it as castle. With the large spacious living area and large windows, the first floor is consistently 65 degrees Fahrenheit, because the hot air rises to the second and third floors, causing those spaces to become 80+ degrees. Some guests have commented that it's cold on the first floor, we have a gas fireplace in the game room and additional space heaters. Hot Tub - The hot tub is basically outdoors in a 3-season room. In these frigid New England temperatures, it may take a couple days for it to get up to temperature after servicing the water. Entire house, except storage closet. Guest House may be rented during stay, unless other arrangements have been discussed. You can message me anytime during your stay but I am primarily available between 7am-9pm. We stock the home with an assortment of eco-conscientious cleaning products, so there's no need for you to purchase any for your stay. We have laundry detergent, dishwasher, multi-surface, antibacterial, swifter wet mops, and many other products for your convenience.
