Spacious open floor plan, 🛋️ Living area has comfy sectional w/ large Roku TV 🧑🍳Updated kitchen with basic necessities 🍽️ Dining table for 4 🛏 Bedroom 1 + King Bed + En Suite Bathroom w/ shower + Washer and Dryer 🛏 Bedroom 1 + Queen Bed + En Suite Half-bath We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a few rolls of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay. Considerations: This property is wooded, Surrounded by nature, insects, and wild animals like rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, turkeys, and others may be witnessed on the land. Walking over unpaved lawn is required to get to the home. Garage space underneath is not for Guests use. Main house may be rented during stay. The outdoor patio, firepit and BBQ is not included. You can message me anytime during your stay but I am primarily available between 7am-9pm. This home is professionally managed, please message us with specific questions and dates before making your reservation. Guest House is located approximately 60 feet from the driveway, expect to walk across gravel and grass. Spacious Guest House on private estate. This not-so-little cute two bedroom is perfect for someone visiting Boston and surrounding areas. It's close to the highway and many local amenities.

Roger's place was perfect for what we needed, and he was always ready to help. Highly recommend.
Roger was a phenomenal host. We allowed to check in early and Roger personally came by to address any issues we had. The home was exactly as the pictures on the listing. Only watch out for future bookers is the pictures under estimate the walk between the parking and the unit especially when carrying luggage. the path is only partially paved and the rest is through mud and grass, so if it is raining, you will take a lot of mud into the house and it doesnt help that there is a cream colored rug a foot from the entrance. We loved everything about the house except for the mattress in the master bedroom. it is a king bed and not a queen as the description, which is great. Until we slept on it. it was by far the hardest mattress we have ever slept on. Roger was kind to get us a mattress topper but that didnt really help and gave us a bad back. My feedback to the owner is that the price needs to be revisited for the size of the house. I felt it was too expensive for what it offered.
We enjoyed the home and would rent again. We arrived at night and in the rain. My only criticism is that the walk from the driveway to the house was unmarked, across uneven gravel and grass and it was not well lit. I assume they will be able to fix this issue.
